It was the Ukrainian vyshyvanka (embroidered shirt) that inspired us to create the map of Ukraine.
This map of Ukraine features each region adorned with a unique embroidery technique characteristic of that specific area.
From the concept to production, it took us quite some time during which we extensively studied Ukrainian vyshyvankas and their patterns. It was a meticulous but incredibly fascinating and educational process.
The map is crafted from birch wood, and the ornamentation is applied using laser engraving. It is packaged in sturdy cardboard with a handle for convenience.
